Most BCBAs don’t struggle because they dislike the work. They struggle because the structure makes it harder than it needs to be. Long days, unpredictable schedules, pressure to hit numbers, and very little space to practise the way they were trained.

This role in San Antonio has been built differently.

It is a center-based, early intervention position (ages 2–5) with predictable weekday hours. The clinical model is play-based and natural environment teaching at its core, with flexibility to adapt approaches based on the child rather than rigid protocols. Clinical judgement is trusted and supported.

Salary up to $100,000 plus performance-based bonus

Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends

Center-based only. No in-home, school, or travel-heavy work

One remote day per week after onboarding

Active BCBA certification
