DFW Medical Clinic in Irving, TX is looking for a PRN Nurse practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team who is able to cover consistent recurring weekday shifts (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
Compensation: $65/hour
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently , providing high-quality, patient-centered care, and managing both acute and chronic conditions via telemedicine, as well as traditional in person care. This opportunity is ideal for experienced FNPs / PAs who can make a consistent recurring commitment or weekday hours.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients of all ages via telemedicine, as well as traditional in person care.
- Manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, preventive care, and health screenings.
- Perform in-office procedures as appropriate to training and scope.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with clinic leadership and staff to ensure excellent patient care and workflow efficiency.
- Provide patient education and counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment options.
- Comply with all clinical, regulatory, and quality standards required by state and federal guidelines.

- Schedule:
Consistent PRN Weekday hours Tuesday 11:00 AM
-7:00 PM and Wednesday and Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. - Hourly Rate: $65/hour

As soon as onboarding and credentialing are completed
- Minimum of 1 year out-patient primary care experience.
- Able to work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
- Supervising MD; and
- Malpractice coverage.
- Provide care for patients remotely through our telemedicine platform
- Conduct virtual visits across a range of primary and urgent care concerns
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in EMR
- Deliver evidence-based care in a fast-paced telehealth environment
