House Attendant

The House Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the hotel's public areas. Responsibilities may include:

• Deep cleaning of assigned areas
• Setting up and maintaining lobby functions, including coffee service and nightly events
• Cleaning and setting up meeting rooms
• Delivering service items to guest rooms upon request
• Driving shuttle van when needed (property specific)

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel or related experience preferred
• Valid driver license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (property specific)
• Ability to communicate clearly and evaluate options quickly
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure

• Adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations for safety and efficiency
• Clean floors, shampoo carpets and furniture in public areas according to hotel standards
• Maintain public restrooms and handle lost and found items appropriately
• Assist guests with luggage in a friendly manner
• Practice safe work habits to ensure safety for guests and staff
• Complete daily checklists and submit to supervisor
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Located in Irving, TX, between Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and Dallas Love Field, near Las Colinas and the Irving Convention Center.
