House Attendant
The House Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the hotel's public areas. Responsibilities may include:
- Deep cleaning of assigned areas
- Setting up and maintaining lobby functions, including coffee service and nightly events
- Cleaning and setting up meeting rooms
- Delivering service items to guest rooms upon request
- Driving shuttle van when needed (property specific)
- High School diploma or equivalent; hotel or related experience preferred
- Valid driver license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (property specific)
- Ability to communicate clearly and evaluate options quickly
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure
- Adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations for safety and efficiency
- Clean floors, shampoo carpets and furniture in public areas according to hotel standards
- Maintain public restrooms and handle lost and found items appropriately
- Assist guests with luggage in a friendly manner
- Practice safe work habits to ensure safety for guests and staff
- Complete daily checklists and submit to supervisor
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Located in Irving, TX, between Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and Dallas Love Field, near Las Colinas and the Irving Convention Center. Amenities include WiFi, breakfast, social hours, outdoor pool, business center, fitness center, and meeting rooms. Close to restaurants and the canals of Las Colinas.
