• Ensure guest satisfaction by cleaning and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and utensils
• Maintain the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas
• Ensure equipment is clean and functional; report issues to management
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
• Follow safety policies, including proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Secure company assets

Job duties may vary by location based on client needs. Flexibility and adaptability are important, as duties may change without notice.

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures
• Ability to follow safety procedures, especially when handling hazardous chemicals
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

This role may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended standing or walking. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
