Key Responsibilities- Own full cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level searches across various business areas
- Develop effective recruiting strategies in collaboration with hiring leaders in the U.S. and Canada
- Mentor and support junior team members while continuously improving recruiting practices
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with increasing complexity in searches
- Prior experience in fast-growth startups for product management, design, or business operations preferred
- Successful track record in a high-velocity, output-driven environment
- Bachelor's Degree required
