A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Data Scientist – Irving, TX (Hybrid Onsite position).

• Independently work on data science projects and deliver innovative technical solutions to solve problems and improve business outcomes. Be involved in the design and development of machine learning/statistical models and ensure best performance.
• Work closely with machine learning engineers to deploy models in production both in real‑time and in batch processes and systematically track model performance.
• Assist engagement with key business stakeholders in discussion on business strategies and opportunities.
• Build strong working relationships and develop deep partnerships with the business.
• Become a subject matter expert on machine learning and predictive modeling.
• Actively research new theories, techniques, and technologies.

• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Hands‑on experience in database technology (Postgres, Redis, Elastic Search).
• Familiarity with transformer architectures (SLM, LLM, VLM, Embedding Models).

• Expertise in API development and container technology (Docker, Podman).
• Experience with cloud platform (GCP) and services (Big Query, Google Cloud Storage, Cloud
  
  SQL, Vector Search and so on).
• Working knowledge of software development tools and practices (Git, branching model, agile development, test‑driven development).
• Hands‑on experience building LLM‑based solutions such as retrieval‑augmented generation systems, chatbots, agentic AI tools, and so on.

MS/PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science or a related field.

Pay Range: $90‑95 per hour. The Pay Range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
