Involves collecting, cleaning, processing, and interpreting data to derive actionable insights that help Matheson make informed decisions, improve performance, and solve problems. Key responsibilities include performing statistical analysis, identifying trends, creating data visualizations, and communicating findings through reports and dashboards to Operations, Sales, Product Management, and Senior Management. Data analysts use tools like SQL, Excel, and NWA or Minitab statistical software, and their findings support strategic planning and operational improvements.

• Data Collection & Acquisition:
  Gathers data from various primary and secondary sources.
• Data Cleaning & Preparation:
  Cleans and processes raw data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for analysis.
• Data Analysis:
  Conducts statistical analysis and uses various methods to identify trends, patterns, and relationships within datasets.
• Insight Generation:
  Translates complex data into meaningful, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Reporting & Visualization:
  Creates reports, charts, and dashboards to present findings to internal teams and senior stakeholders in an understandable format.
• Database Management:
  Sets up and maintains databases and data infrastructure.

• Technical Skills
