We are currently searching for an Analyst, Technical Publications to join our team. You'll play a critical role within the Technical Publications department by handling various editorial tasks associated with the technical publications process. This position demands an outstanding ability to deliver quality work while juggling multiple responsibilities and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Develops, revises, coordinates, and obtains internal acceptance or FAA approval (as applicable) of policies and procedures in Company-produced manuals.
• Reviews and incorporates standardized changes into Company manuals based on manufacturer and Company programs.
• Researches and recommends new and revised procedures to the Company manual system.
• Responsible for ensuring all revisions to Company manuals incorporate System Safety methodology through the application of the System Safety attributes of responsibility, authority, procedures, controls, interfaces, and process measurements.
• Ensures revisions to Company manuals are coordinated with other departments as may be required to ensure standard content consistency across the Company manual system.

In this role, the Analyst must be customer orientated, have a positive and optimistic outlook with a strong work ethic. The Analyst must also have the ability to effectively and efficiently complete work assignments and monitor progress of incoming Company maintenance manual revision requests.

Position Requirements:

• Previous proofreading and editing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Must be highly organized and possess a strong attention to detail
• Perform other duties as assigned
