We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to support a multidisciplinary team of product managers, marketers, designers, and engineers.

The ideal candidate will provide strong guidance in Agile methodologies, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles and best practices.

This role involves close collaboration with development and product management teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and mentor Scrum teams in Agile best practices and Scrum values.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).
  • Manage Jira boards for multiple teams, ensuring tasks and sprints are well-organized and tracked.
  • Generate comprehensive sprint reports to assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and resolve team impediments to ensure sprint goals are met.
  • Work closely with development managers and product managers to align goals and ensure smooth execution.
  • Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops and Agile retrospectives.
  • Support project management efforts across various tools and platforms.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability within teams.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members and stakeholders on Agile principles.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) in a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, including 6+ years in a Scrum Master or Agile project management role.
  • Deep understanding of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and team facilitation techniques.
  • Experience managing Jira boards and generating sprint reports.
  • Knowledge of development environments, deployment pipelines, and basic testing processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management experience using multiple tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in retail or consumer-facing product teams.
