Integration Consultant; SaaS​/TPRM

Location/Travel Requirements

Hybrid – Employees may be required to work out of the nearest office location for quarterly meetings 1‑4 times annually. 20%+ travel required for client meetings, training, etc.

The Integration Consultant is a critical role on the Aravo Integration Services team, responsible for the development and implementation of enterprise‑class integration and reporting solutions between Aravo’s industry‑leading 3rd Party Risk Management platform and customers’ backend systems, as well as external third‑party data providers. Using the Aravo Platform’s integration tools, this role delivers stable, maintainable integrations that meet customer business needs in the least complex manner possible.

Success requires a combination of technical and business analysis skills, strong communication, and a willingness to learn the Aravo product platform and related technologies.

You will work closely with an Integration Services Architect and implementation teams to deliver integration and reporting solutions.

• Develop, test, and implement customer‑driven data integrations, both internal and external, under the direction of an Integration Services Architect.
• Develop and maintain SDLC documentation for integration projects.
• Proactively interact and communicate with implementation teams.
• Demonstrate a willingness and capability to learn.
• Assist in triaging, issue identification, and resolution of reported integration‑related issues.
• Create and maintain operational, architectural, and design documentation.

• 1 to 2 years of general development experience with a mainstream language such as Groovy Script, Java or .Net.
• Integration development and implementation experience, primarily interfacing with web services.
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external customer integration teams.
• Demonstrated good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with web services architectures, specifically API interfaces.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based architectures such as SaaS systems.
• Familiarity with common lightweight desktop tools like SoapUI, Eclipse, Notepad++, and other related development tools.
• Customer‑facing role; must communicate and guide to an optimal solution path effectively.

• Third‑party risk management and/or GRC software experience, and/or integration program management at Global 2000 companies.
• Hands‑on experience with web service APIs.
• Understanding of integration architecture, security protocols, and API design and management practices.
• Experience managing and supporting multiple concurrent projects at different phases.
• Experience with any SDLC methodology such as Agile/Scrum or waterfall.
• Familiarity with full‑featured integration middleware suites such as Boomi, Informatica, and Mule Soft.
