Job Summary

The Implementations Coordinator supports the successful deployment of Tra Xtion products for new customers. This role focuses on planning, coordination, communication, and execution throughout the installation process—from project kickoff through handoff to the Client Success Team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple projects while maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude.

This role is different from a standard project coordinator position in that you will create a working installation plan to present to the customer. This requires you to utilize dealership site pictures, information, measurements and blueprints to determine where a Traxtion product will be installed. Training will be provided but please keep in mind when applying.

What You’ll Do

Project Management

  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain alignment across departments.
  • Act as the project lead, updating relevant tracking tools and systems.
  • Maintain consistent communication with both internal and external stakeholders until project handoff.

Ongoing Project Monitoring

  • Conduct daily project reviews and ensure deadlines are being met.
  • Update systems and tools (Zoho, Hub Spot, spreadsheets) with current project information.
  • Communicate delays, updates, or risks promptly to management.
  • Track customer readiness and installation progress, escalating issues as needed.

Stakeholder Presentations

  • Schedule and lead pre-installation calls with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Present installation plans, review requirements, and coordinate team participation.
  • Maintain a positive, professional tone during all customer interactions, even in challenging situations.
  • Develop visual installation plans based on pictures, measurements, and environmental conditions.
  • Use creative and analytical skills to help customers visualize Tra Xtion products in their environment.
  • Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Power Point to build visual representations and documentation.

Meetings & Documentation Support

  • Attend client and internal meetings, take detailed notes, and update project playbooks in real time.
  • Review meeting notes for accuracy and completeness.
  • Log all customer communications (calls, emails, updates, issues) in Hub Spot.

What You Bring

Required:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and track multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Consistent, positive, and professional communication style (written and verbal).
  • Strong customer service experience and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to self-start, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred:

  • Experience in high-volume project coordination or planning environments.
  • Prior customer-facing experience in:
    Automotive dealerships or corporate automotive roles, Automotive software/integrations, Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
  • Experience planning or overseeing hardware installations.
