• Formulate analytic strategies and develop advanced analytic strategies that empower ROC to leverage data insights.
• Machine learning proficiency – demonstrate expertise in employing Python libraries such as scikit-learn and pandas.
• Analyze diverse performance metrics to uncover valuable insights.
• Collaborate closely with ROC, IT, Epic and cross-functional teams.
• Spot trends and patterns by communicating and acting on data insights to drive revenue.
• Leverage Python, SQL, and Power BI to transform data sets into actionable insights.
• Build analytic solutions such as scorecards, dashboards, and methods.
• Lead data-driven solutions, design and execution to address business needs.
• Implement rigorous analytical methodologies ensuring accurate reporting.
• Support validation and change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with ROC weekly to align priorities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 6+ years of professional experience with a bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years experience without degree); master’s or equivalent required in a quantitative discipline and 2+ years in revenue operations analytics.
• Experience in SQL Server and Python.
• Skilled in data mining, predictive modeling and machine learning frameworks.
• Significant experience designing, developing, deploying complex data analysis projects.

• Background in healthcare analytics.
• Experience with Epic EHR or Cogito certification.
• Experience with Power BI visualization.
• Certification or experience with Snowflake.
• Knowledge of data warehouse (data modeling/ETL).

• Excellent understanding of data analysis and reporting best practices.
• Mentorship abilities with team members.
• Working knowledge of development methodologies and tools.
• General understanding of Epic work queues and data structure.
• Experience providing automated processes with error-handling and security.
• Ability to communicate and establish aligned direction and goals.
• Ability to translate vision into action, lead change and inspire results.
• Ability to allocate resources and create systems to measure results.
• Demonstrate increasing responsibility and successful execution of mission-driven events.
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures.
• Ability to draw valid conclusions and apply sound judgment under pressure.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels and present complex data simply.
• Can interact with senior internal team members and external personnel on significant matters.
• Data visualization – visualizing data in an easy-to-understand format.
• Data validation – ensuring integrity of data sets.

Compensation: $93,000.00 - $ / annually
