Integrated Components Division was formed as part of the caterpillar’s updated strategy to unlock value across the whole enterprise and E2E value chain. ICD is responsible for the design, development and manufacturing of wide range of components across a vast global footprint and is the key supplier of components that end up in the equipment and machinery manufactured and sold by  this role, you will develop the core digital strategy for ICD and lead implementation of several strategic initiatives globally.

As the leader, you will have to own the strategy, sell the vision, stand up a team, deploy resources and showcase measurable impact to ICD and Caterpillar. This is a high-profile role and will require a candidate with the EQ to engage with senior leaders and influence cross functional teams.

You will also lead all Standardization efforts for reporting and data analytics, visualization of insights and metrics across the organization. This role will also give you the opportunity to work on cutting edge technologies which still need to be validated by running proof of concepts (POC) and then scaling the successful POCs across the enterprise.

** Own the digital strategy, develop the roadmap, create measurable impact across the organization
* ** Drive Strategic Execution:
** Drive the vision for how to roll out the strategic roadmap to exceed 2030 targets and expectations and deliver measurable results
* ** Develop tech stack:
** Define and role out the tech stack
* ** Measure What Matters:
** Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), develop intuitive dashboards, and deliver clear, data-driven updates to senior leadership.
* ** Industry 5.0 / New & Emerging Technologies:
** Create the framework for industry 5.0 at Caterpillar and deploy new technologies that will help caterpillar leapfrog and become the industry benchmark
* ** Stay Ahead of Risks:
** Monitor progress, anticipate challenges, and implement proactive solutions to keep initiatives on track and delivering results.
* ** Optimize Resources:
** Support budget planning and resource allocation to ensure strategic programs are aligned with business goals and capital is used efficiently.
** What skills you will have:

** Experience in
