Compensation: $30 – $45/hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Legal Operations Analyst (Temporary) in Irving, TX for our client, supporting legal operations, billing, eDiscovery, intake triage, and cross-functional coordination. In this temporary role, you will manage daily workflows, partner with internal teams and outside counsel, and use legal systems and reporting dashboards to drive efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities as the Legal Operations Analyst:
  • Legal Operations: Manage daily workflows across billing, eDiscovery, and intake to ensure timely, efficient legal support.
  • Billing & Partnerships: Oversee invoicing and vendor onboarding while partnering with Finance, Procurement, IT, and internal teams.
  • Outside Counsel Oversight: Coordinate with outside counsel and legal vendors to ensure guideline compliance and cost efficiency.
  • eDiscovery & Intake: Execute eDiscovery requests, triage matters across dashboards, and manage risk with strict confidentiality.
  • Reporting & Improvement: Produce operational reports, document workflows, support onboarding, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications for the Legal Operations Analyst:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Compliance, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in legal operations, compliance, or a related operational role within a corporate or regulated environment.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency with legal billing systems, eDiscovery tools, spend management platforms, and reporting dashboards, with strong documentation and process-mapping capabilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of legal operations workflows, vendor management, compliance requirements, and cross-functional collaboration within legal departments.
  • Skills & Attributes: Detail-oriented, results-driven professional with strong communication skills, sound judgment with confidential information, and a proactive, adaptable mindset.
