We are looking for an experienced BI Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to design, implement, and govern enterprise-scale Business Intelligence solutions. The role involves defining BI architecture, optimizing data models, ensuring performance, and driving best practices across analytics platforms.

• Design end-to-end BI architecture using Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, One Lake) and Power BI.
• Architect and develop scalable semantic models and enterprise datasets.
• Build and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Develop complex DAX calculations and advanced data models.
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS).
• Ensure performance optimization through aggregation, incremental refresh, and query tuning.
• Define BI governance standards, deployment strategies, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytics solutions.
• Lead and mentor BI developers and analysts.
• Conduct architecture and design reviews.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M).
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with ETL / ELT processes.

• Experience with Azure Data Services (ADLS, Synapse).
• Knowledge of CI/CD for Power BI (Azure Dev Ops, Git).
• Experience in BI modernization or legacy migration projects.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Microsoft Certified:
  Fabric Analytics Engineer.
• Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
