Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining MSSQL Server databases and ensuring their performance, availability, and security. You will work closely with business analysts, data architects, and application developers to support data-driven decision-making.

• Design, develop, and optimize T-SQL queries
  , stored procedures, functions, and views.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using SSIS or other tools.
• Perform data modeling
  , normalization
  , and schema design.
• Monitor and improve database performance, including indexing and query optimization.
• Ensure data integrity and implement data quality checks
  .
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support reporting and analytics needs using SSRS or Power BI.
• Maintain documentation for database structures, processes, and procedures.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
