We’re committed to teaching you the ropes. The 2‑year Analyst Program starts in July and begins with a robust training program. Essentially, Chief Information Security Office (CISO) works together to ensure the safety of Citi’s and our clients’ assets and information.

• Be graduating between December 2025 and May 2026.
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or other tech related degree.
• GPA of 3.0 or better is preferred.
• No sponsorship needed for U.S. work authorization now or in the future.
• Interest in working in a high‑tech global technology environment and fundamental understanding of technologies, including but not limited to programming languages (C++, Java, etc.), application development, or basic concepts of relational databases.
• Problem solver who thrives on innovation and enjoys tackling challenges head‑on.
• Global outlook and willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
• Excellent communication skills, project management, leadership, attention to detail, and ability to work well within diverse teams.
• Ability to pass technical interviews consisting of basic algorithmic programming exercises.
