Project Manager (Customer Experience Center)
Highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager – Customer Experience Center (CEC) to drive the activation of customer programs across the Fleet Pride network. This individual will play a critical role in gathering customer requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution of customer initiatives. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Project Management & Execution- Lead cross-functional efforts to activate and implement customer programs, ensuring alignment with Fleet Pride’s business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements, to successfully deliver programs.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep initiatives on track.
- Coordinate across departments—including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and Marketing—to ensure seamless program execution.
- Track and report on project performance, measuring success against defined KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding program needs, expectations, and success criteria.
- Conduct discovery meetings with customers to understand their business challenges and objectives.
- Translate customer needs into actionable project requirements and align internal stakeholders on execution strategies.
- Ensure customer feedback is integrated into project development and execution to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with internal teams to align resources and processes with customer program requirements.
- Facilitate regular meetings with key stakeholders to provide updates, address roadblocks, and ensure project alignment.
- Serve as the voice of the customer within Fleet Pride, advocating for solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communicate project goals, deliverables, and outcomes effectively to both internal teams and external customers.
- Identify opportunities to streamline program activation processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Develop best practices and standardized processes for launching customer programs at scale.
- Implement project management tools and methodologies to enhance visibility and accountability across teams.
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3-5 years of project management experience
, preferably in a customer-focused, B2B, or industrial distribution environment. - Strong understanding of customer engagement, business development, and operational execution
. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project management software (e.g.,
JIRA, Asana, , Microsoft Project, Smartsheet
). - PMP certification is a plus but not required.
The primary environment is characterized by ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment found in a typical office environment.
Will require up to 25% travel.
