Functional Test Analyst with 10+ years of experience in end-to-end (E2E) functional testing, specializing in retail e-commerce and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and reviewing test scenarios, executing functional and API testing, validating data including Mongo

DB-based validations, and collaborating in agile environments. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of rewards, subscriptions, and promotional workflows are essential.

• Design, review, and execute end-to-end test scenarios and test cases for web and mobile platforms
• Lead or participate in sprint grooming sessions to understand and refine requirements
• Perform functional testing and API testing using Postman, Charles Proxy
• Conduct backend data validation including hands-on with MongoDB
• Collaborate closely with offshore teams in a global delivery model
  • Validate features related to promotions, subscriptions, and rewards systems
• Ensure quality across complex retail e-commerce flows
• Document test results and manage test cases using Jira and Zephyr
• Effectively communicate defects and updates to cross-functional teams.
• 10+ years of experience in QA/Functional testing
  • Strong knowledge of E2E scenario design, test planning, and execution
• Experience in mobile application testing and API testing
• Familiar with Charles Proxy for debugging and API validations
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and other data validation tools
• Deep understanding of retail e-commerce domain, including loyalty/reward programs and subscriptions Proficient with Jira and Zephyr for test management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience working in an offshore-onshore model.
