Agree Ya is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Lead Power BI Developer to join our growing team. As a Lead Power BI Developer, you will drive end-to-end BI initiatives, mentor cross-shore teams, and deliver high-quality analytics solutions.

• Lead & Deliver:
  Design, develop, and deploy secure, high-impact Power BI dashboards and analytics tailored for banking operations and regulatory reporting.
• Own Communication:
  Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams gathering requirements, defining scope, and ensuring clarity at every stage.
• Team Leadership:
  Lead, mentor, and manage onsite and offshore Power BI teams, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to best practices.
• Data Expertise:
  Oversee data modeling, ETL processes, and report development for complex financial and operational datasets.
• Governance & Compliance:
  Ensure data accuracy, governance, and adherence to banking regulatory standards.
• Optimize Solutions:
  Troubleshoot, enhance, and optimize existing dashboards and BI solutions for performance, reliability, and adoption.

• 7 years of experience delivering enterprise-grade Power BI solutions, preferably within banking or financial services.
• 4 years of recent proven leadership experience managing hybrid onsite/offshore BI teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands‑on expertise with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and the Power Platform.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

• Experience with Power Automate and API integration with BI tools.
• Understanding of banking data privacy, compliance, and regulatory reporting.
• Microsoft/Power BI certifications.
