Description
Cyber Security Services is seeking a highly motivated candidate for the position of Technology Analyst to provide L2 support for the Security Infrastructure. The candidate will oversee operations, manage security assessments, COB testing, documentation, inventory, integration of infrastructure and tools under a global operational model, manage production problems, perform root cause analysis, provide on‑call support, conduct risk control self‑assessment tests, and support project transitions.
The role requires a technical leader with excellent communication skills and extensive background in Unix and Windows technologies. The analyst should be proficient in system administration, networking, system monitoring, databases, storage, and be able to act as a member of quick‑response project teams, often working under demanding deadlines and independently resolving complex problems. Initial focus will be on compliance‑related projects including inventory coordination, certificate renewals, COB test coordination, environment scans, and remediation of vulnerabilities.
Qualifications- Certifications (CISSP, ITIL, CCNA/CCNP, CEH, Redhat, Solaris, MCSE)
- Hands‑on experience with Unix scripting, SQL, and complex query writing
- Experience with security tools such as Cyberark, SailPoint, Cisco Client, Entrust, Token Technologies, Power broker, Unix Security tools, Data Protection/Security Technologies, PKI Infrastructure
- Proficiency with Linux, Red Hat, Solaris, AIX, Windows Server, Unix‑based operating systems
- Knowledge of web servers (Apache, IIS, Sun One Web servers) and application servers (Web Logic, Web Sphere)
- Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase)
- Understanding of programming languages (Java, Perl, C/C++)
- Strong understanding of security, network architectures, and protocols
- Familiarity with compliance and risk management frameworks (ISO
27002, SDLC)
- Provide technical application support leadership for security infrastructure and applications
- Support production and UAT environment troubleshooting
- Manage capacity, performance, and stability reporting
- Lead initiatives to develop and improve system monitoring scripts and programs
- Provide technical mentoring and leadership skills for knowledge transfer
- Lead operations‑related projects and security assessments for infrastructure and applications in scope
- Assess risks and associated impacts of operational issues and changes, escalating promptly to technology management
- Collaborate with infrastructure team to meet operational requirements during application integrations
- Maintain the Knowledge Share repository up to date
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work across all organization levels and with aggressive global partners
