Data Center Governance & Operations Assurance Analyst

The Data Center Governance & Operations Assurance Analyst assists with governance and operations assurance activities within the Data Center Services Organization, providing support for the Information Technology Environments.

• Create complex project plans, perform impact analyses, solve high‑impact problems, and provide resolution to restore services.
• Provide Root Cause Analysis (RCA) after service restoration.
• Design testing approaches, complex processes, reporting streams, and assist with automation of repetitive tasks.
• Deliver technical and strategic direction to team members.
• Review requirement documents, define hardware requirements, and update processes and procedures as necessary.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct project‑related research.
• Operate with limited direct supervision and exercise independence of judgment and autonomy.
• Act as SME to senior stakeholders and other team members.
• Assess risk appropriately when business decisions are made, adhering to policy, sound ethical judgment, and reporting control issues with transparency.

• 6+ years of experience in governance, risk management, or related roles.
• Understanding of how risk and controls factor into processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of risk management principles including issue management, third‑party management, records management, and internal controls self‑assessment.
• Ability to develop projects for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities, and best practices.
• Ability to work with virtual and in‑person teams under pressure or to a deadline.
• Preferred experience in a financial services, large complex, or global environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective analytic and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent work experience.
