Job Description
The Advisor, HR Analytics is responsible for the end-to-end development of enterprise-wide People Analytics dashboards and reporting solutions. This hands‑on role spans the full Business Intelligence lifecycle—from gathering requirements and building data models from numerous data platforms to publishing dashboards & reports and ensuring ongoing support. Your work will empower decision‑makers with clear, intuitive visualizations and real‑time intelligence. You will also drive automation to enhance data quality and efficiency, troubleshoot data issues, and conduct in-depth analyses.
This position is part of a growing global People Analytics team and plays a critical role in transforming data into strategy for executive leadership, democratizing data across the organization, and enhancing user experiences with our internal analytics and reporting products.
Core Tasks:
- Power BI dashboards
:
Design, build and maintain intuitive, actionable, and visually compelling Power BI dashboard and reporting products using tools like Power BI, power query, power automate & similar platforms. - Data Management & Transformation
:
Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and business teams to understand, source, cleanse, and transform workforce data for analytics and reporting. - Generate Analytics & Reports
:
Create a variety of recurring and ad‑hoc reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to support various HR and business functions. - Drive Automation
:
Identify opportunities to automate data collection, processing, and reporting tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. - Troubleshoot Data Issues
:
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, errors, and integrity issues within HR systems and reports. - Documentation & Data Governance
:
Maintain clear, accessible documentation of data models, metrics, algorithms, and refresh schedules across the reporting ecosystem. - Advanced Analytics
:
Support sophisticated analytics initiatives, including predictive modeling and machine learning, in partnership with data scientists.
Core
Skills:
- 5 + years of experience in BI development, data engineering, or analytics roles (HR data experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Sophisticated proficiency in Power BI, including efficient data modeling, dashboard design, dynamic visualizations, row‑level security and implementing incremental refresh strategies.
- Experience working with HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and HR enterprise platforms (e.g., Success Factors, iCIMS, ADP) to support reporting and analytics is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Python, R, DAX or SQL for data analysis and automation.
- Strong skills in advanced Excel, Power Query, and Power Automate for data cleaning, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of HR concepts and workforce metrics will be good to have.
- Exposure to predictive analytics, workforce analytics, AI in HR or AI Agent development is a plus.
