We are seeking a skilled Telecom Business Analyst to the Rev Chain billing system migration project
. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in telecom billing systems, data migration, and business process analysis. This role involves working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to Rev Chain, while maintaining data integrity and business continuity.

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and migration goals.
  • Document transition requirements including data conversion, business continuity, and system integration.
• Data Migration Support:
  • Identify data entities (e.g., customer accounts, billing records, usage data) for migration.
  • Map source data to Rev Chain target structures and define transformation rules.
  • Assist in defining ETL processes and validating data accuracy post‑migration.
• Process Documentation & Optimization:
  • Analyze existing telecom billing workflows and identify areas for improvement.
  • Document “as‑is” and “to‑be” processes to support system transition.
• Testing & Validation:
  • Support UAT by preparing test cases and validating migrated data.
  • Coordinate with QA teams to ensure system functionality aligns with business expectations.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  • Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Provide regular updates on migration progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the telecom domain.
• Hands‑on experience with Rev Chain or similar telecom billing platforms.
• Strong understanding of data migration lifecycle and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data mapping tools.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

Skills:

• Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
• Familiarity with telecom regulatory compliance and billing standards.
• Prior involvement in large‑scale system migration or transformation projects.
