Salesforce Multi-Solution Architect

Overview

As a Salesforce Multi-Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in redefining our clients' business operations by using the powerful capabilities of Salesforce CDP/Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You'll be at the forefront of crafting and implementing innovative and comprehensive solutions that not only meet the current needs but also anticipate future growth and changes for a variety of partners.

Your expertise and strategic vision will guide our teams through the complexities of these sophisticated platforms, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. By providing technical leadership, you'll empower teams, drive excellence, and elevate the overall quality of our project outcomes. This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working out of an Epsilon office a minimum of two days per week.

• Architect and design comprehensive solutions across Salesforce CDP/Data Cloud and SFMC to ensure seamless data integration and optimal performance.
• Provide extensive technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from concept through to execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business goals and objectives.
• Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Develop and lead all aspects of standard processes for data management, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Engage with collaborators to continuously refine and improve solutions based on feedback and evolving needs.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends to deliver innovative solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to improve team skills and knowledge of Salesforce platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce CDP/Data Cloud and Marketing (SFMC).
• Strong track record of architecting and designing solutions that integrate Salesforce CDP/Data Cloud with SFMC.
• Salesforce certifications in CDP/Data Cloud and SFMC.
• Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strategic and analytical approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and partners.

• Experience in other Salesforce clouds and solutions is a plus.
• Proficiency in industry standard processes for data management and marketing automation.
• Proven ability to run multiple projects, deadlines, and tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in delivering training sessions and workshops to technical and non-technical audiences.

Base Salary: $127,900 - $237,500

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
