Oracle Cloud Solution Architect - Finance

Job Description - Grade Specific

The Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Lead provide end-to-end solutions that address clients’ business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle Cloud applications, with the ability to work with multicultural teams, including onshore/offshore members. Strong finance business process knowledge and hands-on Oracle Financials Cloud experience is required to provide business solutions reducing the use of PaaS solutions.

• Work closely with the client to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Oracle Financials Cloud
• Perform fit gap analysis and resolve functional issues
• Design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management
• Serve as liaison between functional and technical teams to drive solution design specs
• Be an active member within company’s Oracle technology communities

• 5 years or more of Oracle implementation experience with Cloud Financial applications with strong knowledge in GL, AP, CM, Tax and SLA
• Experience with Oracle and non-Oracle integration points with Purchasing, Core HR, Fixed Assets and Projects
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), performing functional configuration, and managing testing of Financial ERP solutions
• Demonstrates leading practices knowledge or expertise
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
• Oracle Cloud Financial Accounting Hub, Lease Accounting, Joint Ventures, Project Finance

• Minimum of 3 project full life cycles
• Oracle Cloud Certifications
• Willingness to travel weekly as needed
