Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of an SAP S/4
HANA Finance Greenfield program across all Activate phases, ensuring scope, value, and risk control. - Drive hybrid‑agile execution with sprint governance, RAID management, and release controls.
- Oversee Finance work streams (R2R, AP/AR, AA, CO/PA, Indirect Procurement, Reporting) and ensure integrated cross‑functional design.
- Coordinate SAP and non‑SAP integrations across applications, middleware, data, and reporting; remove cross‑team blockers.
- Own E2E testing strategy (SIT, UAT, regression, performance) and defect governance.
- Manage senior stakeholders with clear, executive‑level reporting.
- Partner with OCM on communications, training, and adoption.
- Manage program financials, budgets, forecasts, and vendor obligations.
- Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and alignment with Financial Services controls.
- 12+ years program/project leadership; 5+ years leading large ERP programs.
- 2+ full‑cycle SAP S/4
HANA Finance Greenfield implementations. - Strong SAP Activate expertise and hybrid‑agile delivery experience.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and SI/vendor management skills.
- Deep integration knowledge across SAP FI/CO and adjacent domains.
- US‑based with ability to travel to Denver as needed (not for external posting).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- Financial Services industry experience.
- SAP Activate, PMP/PgMP, or Agile certifications.
- Experience with RISE, SAP Cloud ALM/Sol Man, and cloud infrastructure.
- Multi‑vendor/SI orchestration experience.
- On‑time, on‑budget delivery of committed scope.
- Strong stakeholder satisfaction and stable release quality.
- High E2E test pass rates and stable hypercare performance.
- Achievement of business adoption and finance process outcomes.

The base salary range for the tagged location is – $17000 to $200000 Yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
