IT Consultant, Systems Analyst
In this contingent resource assignment, you may:
Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Change Implementation and contribute to large-scale planning related to Change Implementation deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Change Implementation challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Change Implementation deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with client personnel in Change Implementation.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Role is for change management champion to manage a large Data Modernization implementation across Wells Fargo.
- Identifying and assessing change, engage stakeholders, Embedding change into culture
- Strong Program & Portfolio Leadership, Impediment Management
- Executive content preparation and communication to Sr. leadership levels
- Exposure to engaging with 3 lines of defense, audit readiness and responses
- Expert with Tools such as Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint
- Familiarity with Technology background in Data Platforms, modernization and migrations of data assets to cloud
