Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Data Analyst to join a telecommunications customer in Irving, Texas. This organization is specifically responsible for incoming parts inspection for devices like phones, tablets, watches, etc. This role will be part of the Order Management and Warehouse team. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analytics skills and strong experience within Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Interpret operational data and provide actionable recommendations to improve warehouse and order management processes
- Creating, maintain, and optimize reports using Excel (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) to support decision-making
- Support ad-hoc data requests and generate custom reports for leadership and operational teams

Skills and Requirements- 2-4 years of experience analyzing data
- Highly proficient in Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables) working with large sets of data within Excel
- Must be willing to work in a warehouse environment 5 days a week
- Prior experience within Warehouse operations (ex: sales orders and purchase orders)
- Bachelor's degree
- SAP (specifically WMS)
- Bilingual in Spanish or Korean
- Tableau or Power BI experience
