Position: IT DESK SUPPORT

Our client, a leading organization in the IT support industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Desktop Analyst to join their team. As a Desktop Analyst, you will be part of the IT support department supporting end-users and ensuring smooth desktop operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: IT Desk Support

Location: Irving, TX

Pay Range: Up to $32.50/hour

What's the Job?
  • Deploy and maintain standardized PC images using tools such as SCCM, MDT, or similar platforms.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for network connectivity issues, both wired and wireless.
  • Assist with general desktop support, including hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac OS systems.
  • Manage IT assets, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals, maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Document support requests and resolutions accurately within the ticketing system and support remote users effectively.
What's Needed?
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk roles.
  • Proficiency in PC imaging tools and network fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
