Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Coach teams on Agile & Scrum best practices
- Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Business stakeholders
- Track and report Agile metrics (Velocity, Burndown, Sprint progress)
- Support high-volume retail releases (seasonal sales, promotions)
- Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity
- Manage multiple Agile teams if required
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Kanban / SAFe
- Experience working with global / distributed teams
- Scrum certifications (
CSM / PSM / SAFe Scrum Master
) - Experience with Omnichannel retail platforms
- Exposure to cloud-based retail platforms
