Job DescriptionProvide front‑line primary support to end users across all company facilities, remote employees nationwide, and internationally, addressing hardware, software, and peripherals. Responsible for responding to, documenting, and resolving service tickets in compliance with SLA.
Essential Functions- Provide front‑line support to end users at all company facilities and remote employees nationwide, maintaining a customer‑first attitude to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage IT equipment, consumables, and other supplies to prevent downtime; perform hardware repairs and builds of desktops, laptops, tablets, phones, and printers.
- Maintain and update documentation on applications, hardware, software, and general procedures; collaborate with teammates to identify and recommend procedural improvements.
- Five or more years of experience in a customer support help‑desk role, and/or an associate degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Demonstrated customer‑service skills—patient, caring, and attentive demeanor, with ability to strengthen internal relationships through collaboration.
- Ability to organize and coordinate work within deadlines and efficiently handle emerging requirements with accuracy.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to troubleshoot and conduct research into a wide range of computing issues.
- Experience with Windows 11 along with knowledge of basic computer hardware, Active Directory, Service Now, and building OS images.
- Familiarity with Android and iOS platforms and network troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of networking, subnetting, DNS, and DHCP.
- Previous application support experience with Microsoft 365.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or food industry setting.
Supervisory Responsibility: No supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment: Office environment with standard temperatures and normal office noise levels. Occasional work in factory environment to handle equipment.
Physical Demands: Extensive sitting; standing, lifting, wearing factory‑required equipment; walking, visual tasks, safely climbing ladders, and responding quickly to sounds.
Travel: Minimal.
Other duties may be assigned as needed. Role responsibilities may change with or without notice.
Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test and background check is required.
