Executive Desktop Support

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an Executive Desktop Support to join their team. As an Executive Desktop Support, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting high-profile executive users. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Executive Desktop Support

Location: Irving, TX

• Provide professional software and hardware support to end-users in a fast-paced banking environment
• Configure, install, and test hardware components and manage hardware deployment replacements
• Support virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), patch management, encryption, and antivirus technologies
• Manage service-related issues through the Service Now ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution
• Assist with data backup, recovery, and device reimaging both remotely and on-site

• 3-5 years of experience providing software/hardware support in a professional setting
• Knowledge of server, Cisco technology, and troubleshooting MS Office applications including MS Teams and Outlook
• Experience with Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management and infrastructure applications
• Prior experience working with Service Now or similar ticketing systems
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment
