Key Responsibilities:

+ Planning, executing, and managing the manual and automated testing effort for a variety of projects within a Chat and Voice Technology team

+ Utilizing both business workflows and technical architecture to effectively communicate risks, testing coverage, and quality insights to leadership

+ Reducing manual effort through automation and AI-assisted development

** This role requires being onsite with the client 3 days per week in Plano, TX. This role also requires 5 days away mandate per quarter by the client.*
* Basic Qualifications:

+ Must speak fluent Spanish

+ 5+ years of experience with Selenium

+ 2+ years of IVR testing experience

+ 2+ years of automation testing experience

+ Bachelor's degree or greater

Preferred Qualifications:

+

Experience with Playwright testing tool

+

Experience with Cyara testing tool

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
