Program Manager BTI

In this role, you will connect business priorities, analytics needs, and technology delivery to ensure data products are trusted, accessible, and aligned to business outcomes. This is a highly visible role with regular exposure to VP-level leaders, requiring strong collaboration across Analytics, IT, Engineering, and business teams to drive successful execution and continuous value delivery.

• Manage delivery of initiatives across analytics teams
• Coordinate cross-functional work streams across IT, analytics and engineering teams
• Track progress against initiative goals (business impact, engagement, satisfaction)

• Partner with Product Owner and Business Stakeholders to gather, synthesize, and document requirements
• Translate stakeholder needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Help manage backlog prioritization aligned with leadership priorities

• Collaborate with IT and business partners to advance shared programs.
• Facilitate working sessions and requirements workshops
• Ensure clear, consistent communication across distributed teams

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to workflows and tools
• Support continuous feedback loops and rapid iteration based on user input
• Assist in defining success metrics and monitoring performance

• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to strengthen requirements quality, improve prioritization practices, and support effective product delivery.

• 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, product operations, or related roles.
