Our client is seeking a Marketing Advertising Technology Lead to join their team. As a Marketing Advertising Technology Lead, you will be part of the Marketing Technology organization supporting customer engagement and personalization platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong agentic AI architecture experience, deep Google Cloud Platform (GCP) expertise, and the ability to bridge business requirements with hands-on technical execution, which will align successfully in the organization.

Lead the architectural design and hands-on implementation of next-generation Unified MADTech Real-Time & Batch Architecture. Drive technical discussions, design reviews, and roadmap alignment with core engineering teams, enterprise stakeholders, and technology partners (Google, Growth Loop, Meta Router). Architect and co-implement real-time and batch pipelines across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Marketing Platform (GMP). Integrate Google Reasoning Engine to enable dynamic offer prioritization, Next Best Offer (NBO), and personalized campaign content generation.

Oversee client-side real-time tag routing via Meta Router, real-time event streaming via GCP Pub/Sub, and low-latency profile storage using GCP Cloud Spanner.

What's Needed?7+ years of experience in Marketing Technology/Advertising Technology architecture, Cloud Data Engineering, or AI Solution Architecture. Deep GCP expertise, including Cloud Spanner, Big Query, Pub/Sub, and Vertex AI / Google Reasoning Engine. Hands-on experience or familiarity with Meta Router and Growth Loop; familiarity with additional martech tooling such as Optimizely and Adobe ecosystem (AEM/AEP etc.) is a plus. Proven experience designing real-time recommendation/decision engines using LLMs, Agentic AI, or ML models.

Strong knowledge of real-time streaming and batch ETL/ELT pipelines, plus exceptional communication skills to connect business goals to technical delivery.
