- Provide end-to-end administration, support, and operational management of middleware platforms supporting business applications and enterprise services.
- Install, configure, maintain, and support middleware platforms including IBM Web Sphere ND, Web Logic, Web Sphere Liberty, Apache HTTP Server, Tomcat, NGINX, JBoss, JBPM, and Gem Fire.
- Provision, configure, and maintain web servers, application servers, middleware clusters, and associated runtime environments.
- Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), SSL certificates, authentication services, and identity integrations.
- Support F5 BIG-IP, load balancing, DNS, firewall connectivity, and application traffic routing requirements.
- Configure and maintain application monitoring and observability tooling including App Dynamics and enterprise monitoring platforms.
- Support database connectivity, messaging integrations, and application onboarding activities.
- Implement middleware security controls, Cyber Ark integration, and compliance-related configurations.
- Support infrastructure build activities, environment provisioning, migrations, upgrades, patching, and production deployments.
- Provide L2/L3 operational support, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and problem management.
- Coordinate with application, network, storage, database, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to support project delivery and ongoing operations.
