As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be responsible for organizing the deployment of artificial intelligence workflows and architectures across diverse artificial intelligence and technology platforms. Your role involves facilitating solution design across the enterprise technology stack to ensure seamless integration into the ecosystem of artificial intelligence models and multi provider platforms. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of your role. Expert proficiency in Custom Application Architectures is required. Advanced proficiency in Agentic Design is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Software Engineering, Business Process Analysis, and AI Agents and Workflow Integration is suggested.

• Develop and refine deployment strategies to optimize artificial intelligence workflow integration across various platforms.
• Lead technical discussions to align solution designs with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
• Support colleagues by sharing expertise and providing guidance on complex architectural challenges.
• Analyze emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet quality standards and operational requirements.

* This role requires working 50% Onsite per week with the client in Dallas, TX or Pittsburgh, PA*

• Minimum 3 years experience in Full Stack Java Native
• Exposure to AI and RAG, FDE culture in mind, API development, AI Coding Agents, AI Foundry, Lang Graph, Neo, and Vector Knowledge Graphs
• High School Diploma or GED

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
