Job Summary:
Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Java development and expertise in Data Architecture and Big Data Hadoop Ecosystem to design and implement scalable data engineering solutions.
Job Description:
Design and develop robust data architecture solutions leveraging Java and Big Data Hadoop Ecosystem components.
Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for processing large datasets efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions with existing systems.
Ensure data quality consistency and security throughout the data lifecycle Optimize performance of data processing applications and troubleshoot production issues.
Apply best practices in coding design patterns and data engineering methodologies Stay updated with emerging big data technologies and recommend improvements.
Work with distributed computing frameworks and data storage technologies within the Hadoop ecosystem.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of data engineering solutions using Java and Hadoop ecosystem tools.
Develop and maintain scalable high-performance data processing applications.
Collaborate with data architects’ analysts and other stakeholders to understand data requirements.
Mentor junior developers and share knowledge of big data technologies and Java development best practices.
Ensure application scalability reliability and security in data processing workflows.
Manage deadlines prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing project requirements.
Communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical stakeholders to align on solution objectives.
Participate in troubleshooting and resolving data processing and integration issues.
Complete mandatory certifications and assessments relevant to Java and big data technologies.
