Description Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Manager Oracle EBS Applications in Irving, TX.Duties:
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of functional and technical application professionals
* Manage the roadmap, releases, upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing support of enterprise business applications
* Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other business teams to prioritize technology needs
* Manage project portfolios, budgets, resources, priorities, and delivery timelines
* Oversee application integrations, reporting solutions, and system performance and reliability
* Manage external vendors and consulting partners to ensure quality and timely delivery
* Support system integrations associated with organizational growth, acquisitions, and new business operations
* Establish standards for change management, testing, security, compliance, and internal controls
* Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and business impacts to senior leadership Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
* 12+ years of experience supporting ERP or enterprise business applications, with strong functional knowledge across areas such as Finance, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Order Management
* 5+ years of people leadership experience managing technical or functional application teams
* Proven experience managing an enterprise application portfolio, including roadmaps, upgrades, enhancements, and production support
* Experience with database concepts, application integrations, reporting, and business intelligence tools
* Experience managing third-party vendors, consultants, or outsourced technology partners
* Strong understanding of change management, testing, security, compliance, and internal controls
* Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to partner effectively with executives, business leaders, and cross-functional teams
* Experience with system integrations, business expansion, or ERP modernization initiatives preferred
Job Type Direct Hire Compensation
200000 - $225000
