The role will partner with Fraud Operations, Risk, Compliance, Product, and Technology teams to translate business needs into functional requirements and process improvements.
Roles & Responsibilities- Gather and document business/functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze fraud scenarios, transaction flows, alerts, rules, and case-management processes.
- Support fraud detection controls across digital banking, payments, cards, and account activity.
- Perform data analysis, gap analysis, UAT, and defect triage.
- Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
- Experience with SQL, Jira/Confluence, Agile, and fraud/risk platforms is preferred.
Salary Range: $90,000 to $125,000 per year
