Auto CSR

We are currently sourcing multiple Auto Customer Service Representatives to work out of our Irving, TX office.

These positions are in office and start immediately!

• 1+ years of experience as an Insurance Professional, CSR, Claims Assistant in the Auto Industry
• Experience settng up new claims accurately across Salesforce, Claim Leader, and CCC One
• Able to upload and organize photos, estimates, and invoices in CCC One, keeping files audit-ready for adjuster review.

• Bachelor's Degree
