Prioris Claims Management Solutions is seeking an experienced Auto Liability Claims Adjuster to join our team. We are looking for a motivated claims professional who can independently manage personal auto liability claims from initial investigation through final resolution.

This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong coverage and liability analysis skills, and are committed to delivering exceptional service while achieving timely, fair claim outcomes.

Applicants must have a minimum of two (2) years of personal auto liability claims handling experience and hold a current Texas Adjuster License.

Applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.

• Manage a caseload of personal auto liability claims from first notice of loss through settlement
• Investigate claim facts and obtain statements from insureds, claimants, and witnesses
• Analyze policy coverage and determine liability based on applicable laws, regulations, and policy provisions
• Evaluate damages and negotiate claim settlements
• Maintain accurate and timely claim documentation
• Identify potential fraud indicators and elevate concerns when appropriate
• Ensure compliance with Department of Insurance regulations and company standards
• Deliver professional, responsive service to customers and business partners
• Meet productivity, quality, and performance objectives in a metrics-driven environment
• Participate in team meetings, training programs, and claim reviews

• Minimum 2 years of personal auto liability claims handling experience
• Current and valid Texas Adjuster License (All-Lines or Property & Casualty)
• Experience conducting liability investigations and negotiating settlements
• Strong analytical, investigative, and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple claims and competing priorities effectively
• Comfortable communicating with customers and claimants by telephone
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Experience working in a high-volume claims environment
• Familiarity with industry-standard claims management systems
• Proven ability to meet performance and quality metrics
