- Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish‑speaking clients, addressing their insurance needs and queries promptly.
- Offer personalized insurance recommendations tailored to meet the diverse requirements of each client.
- Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and renewals to ensure continuous and appropriate coverage.
- Utilize bilingual skills to tap into new markets and broaden the reach of our services among the Spanish‑speaking community.
- Empower clients by educating them on policy choices, coverage benefits, and the claims process in a clear and understandable manner.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients to nurture long‑term association with Carlos Chargoy Allstate.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, enabling effective communication with a diverse client base.
- Possession of a current Texas Property & Casualty License is strongly preferred. Licensing assistance available.
- A minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities are essential.
- Strong dedication to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to foster trust and build long‑term client relationships.
