LITIGATION INTAKE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Salary: $120,000 base + uncapped commission (3% of all fees collected)

Bonus: $10,000 Retention Bonus

Join Thomas J. Henry Law as a Litigation Intake Associate Attorney. You will play a key role in signing new clients, evaluating cases, negotiating settlements, and managing initial litigation. You will deliver exceptional client service while maximizing earnings through our Every Case Counts Plan.

• Intake and sign-up of new clients
• Evaluate and develop cases
• Negotiate with insurers
• Communicate with clients and medical providers
• Disburse funds and manage dockets
• Meet monthly financial goals

• JD, licensed in Texas
• 0–3 years PI experience
• Valid TX driver's license
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
