Job Description:
The General Manager is assertive as well as an experienced GM-level food operator who has the skills to contribute within this catering industry leading company and has the drive to continue their career in a uniquely desirable concept. The General Manager will have a strong knowledge of managing a kitchen, including systems, menu procedures, inventory, labor, and food costs. The General Manager will be an energetic leader who can make a positive impact when it comes to taking care of our customers and, just as importantly, taking care of our staff.
