Salary: $85–100K + up to 10% bonus

Are you a hands‑on, servant leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment? We’re seeking an experienced Billing Supervisor to lead and scale a rapidly growing billing function. This role will oversee a team of 4–5 billing specialists, build out new billing KPIs, and help drive efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

• Lead and mentor a growing billing team (2 team members now; hiring 2–3 additional staff).
• Build, track, and refine billing KPIs to support operational performance.
• Oversee day‑to‑day billing operations, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
• Review dashboards, reconciliations, and audit documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Enhance and standardize processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Finance, Operations, and IT on workflow improvements.
• Manage both manual tasks and automation efforts as the team evolves.
• Support month‑end close activities and ensure billing alignment with revenue processes.
• Provide training, coaching, and development for new and existing team members.

• 7+ years of billing or accounting experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Servant leadership mindset with the ability to motivate, coach, and drive accountability.
• Strong attention to detail, urgency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience managing both manual and automated billing workflows.
• Required:
  Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Education:
  Associate’s degree required
