We seek a highly experienced and results‑driven Project Manager to lead critical operational strategy and execution across our global warehouse network. This role is responsible for the successful end‑to‑end launch of new sites, major system integrations, and continuous operational optimization for multiple sites. The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 7+ years of hands‑on experience in floor operations, new site launches, and deep project management expertise.

Crucially, this role requires strong commercial/sales acumen to translate operational projects into strategic business value. This position mandates extensive travel (up to 50%) and a willingness to commit to long‑term site assignments.

• Project Leadership: Lead complex projects (new site launches, construction project control, automation, etc.) from planning through stabilization, ensuring delivery is on time and budget.
• Operational Excellence: Serve as the subject matter expert in floor operations (receiving, inventory, fulfillment), implementing Lean/Six Sigma best practices to drive efficiency and cost reduction across the network.
• Multiple Site Operations Control: Oversee multi‑site operations, providing guidance and process improvement, as well as maintaining a strong relationship with the customer.
• Commercial Strategy: Leverage sales/commercial experience to develop compelling business cases, articulate ROI, and align operational plans directly with strategic commercial goals.
• System Integration: Oversee the technical integration and optimization of critical warehouse systems such as WMS, WCS, RCS, ERP, SAP, etc.
• Sales: Lead and participate in new business opportunities and development. Create and maintain weekly sales activities to report directly to the leadership.

• 7+ years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, supply chain, or logistics project management.
• Proven, hands‑on experience in floor operations and the complete lifecycle of new warehouse site launches.
• Demonstrated experience or highly developed skills in sales, commercial strategy, or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 50%) and commit to long‑term project assignments.

• Deep system utilization proficiency with major warehouse platforms, including:
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• SAP (or other major ERP)
• Real‑time Control Systems (RCS)
• Warehouse Control Systems (WCS)
• Proven experience in leading new system integration projects and managing UAT/go‑live processes.
