Job Summary

The Director of Corporate FP&A is a key finance leader responsible for driving strategic financial planning, budgeting, and analysis across all corporate departments. This role partners closely with senior leadership to manage overhead expenses, forecast cash flow, optimize resource allocation, and deliver actionable insights that inform decision‑making and support the company’s long‑term growth strategy.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
  • Lead the corporate budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial targets.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic planning, cash flow forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Provide timely, data‑driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership to inform operational and strategic decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze corporate overhead and SG&A trends, identifying cost optimization opportunities and process efficiencies.
  • Drive automation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting speed.
  • Partner with accounting and treasury to ensure consistency and transparency in financial reporting.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and variance analyses to executive management and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with debt covenants and reporting requirements.
  • Mentor and develop the FP&A team, fostering a culture of analytical rigor, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, budgeting, or financial management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of cash flow management, expense analysis, and strategic financial planning.
  • Proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and communicate complex financial information with clarity and impact.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling FP&A capabilities.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., Oracle, Workday).
  • Strong command of data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to translate data into actionable insights.
