Summary
In this role, you will lead a team of Spend Executives to build and sustain strategic client partnerships that drive measurable performance improvement, cost optimization, and growth within the defined geography of OH, PA, DE and NJ. You will combine data-driven insight, strategic influence, and operational discipline to accelerate outcomes across financial, clinical, and operational dimensions. You will ensure Spend Executives translate complex analysis into action, deliver sustainable impact through change leadership, and foster a culture of excellence through coaching and talent development.
Responsibilities- Drive measurable client performance improvement through data analysis, strategic planning, and execution oversight.
- Serve as the primary advisor to executive-level stakeholders, aligning client initiatives with enterprise goals to maximize outcomes.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth through cross-sell and up-sell strategies.
- Leverage data and analytics to diagnose performance gaps and communicate insights through compelling, results-oriented narratives.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption, alignment, and measurable transformation.
- Partner across business units and delivery teams to execute integrated performance improvement strategies.
- Analyze financial performance and key business drivers to optimize value realization.
- Coach and develop leaders and team members to enhance analytical, strategic, and communication capabilities.
- Lead high-stakes negotiations and influence executive decision-making with confidence and credibility.
- Relevant degree preferred; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or related field) preferred.
- 10 or more years of relevant experience required in healthcare supply chain operations, consulting, or strategic account leadership within a health system or IDN.
- Demonstrated success designing and implementing measurable performance improvement initiatives.
- Strong executive communication, analytical, and change leadership skills.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent business and financial acumen.
- Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients' needs and timetables.
